Catering costs vary depending on guest count and menu selection. As a general estimate, many couples are able to provide a generous food and beverage experience starting around $3,000.
Please keep in mind that most catering companies add service charges and gratuity to the final invoice. We are happy to recommend trusted local catering vendors to fit your style and budget.
There are many venues, restaurants, condos, beach houses, and hotels that offer reception spaces — and some even allow your beach ceremony on-site. We’re happy to help you find the perfect location for your celebration based on your vision and guest count!
Some venues allow couples to provide their own alcohol, while others require licensed bartending services.
We’ll help you choose a location that aligns with your preferences and local regulations.

We typically schedule ceremonies approximately one hour before sunset for the best lighting and temperature. This allows for golden hour portraits and a beautiful sunset backdrop.
We closely monitor the weather leading up to your wedding day. If rain is in the forecast, we have several options:

• Moving to a covered beach house location
• Using a condo reception space
• Securing an indoor backup venue option
Our goal is to keep your day beautiful and stress-free. We communicate clearly, monitor radar carefully, and make decisions with you — not for you.
