Pre Wedding Services
•Unlimited consultation via email, text and phone consultations

•Two site visits prior to wedding
•Discussion of style, concepts and vision to determine expectations for your wedding day
•Establish a timeline with the photographer to maximize the quality of your wedding pictures
•Assist in selecting rental items to enhance décor and design
•Schedule and attend all vendor meetings and negotiate contracts
•Help with selection of save the dates, invitations, programs and thank you notes
•Coordinate hotel room blocks for out of town guests
•Assist with wedding related errands
•Coordinate transportation for guests
•Organize and direct rehearsal

Wedding Day Services
•Coordinate all aspects of the reception
•Serve as the liaison between the vendors and clients for all logistical needs.
•Assist Stylist/Florist in distribution of all personal flowers to wedding party, family and special guests.
•Properly line up processional and cue musicians
•Cue cake cutting
•Cue first dances
•Cue toast
•Cue music changes with the Band/DJ
•Distribute gratuity to vendors
•Que Grand Exit
•Up to 10 hours of service on the wedding day

Photography is included in every package. We shoot with  a Canon 5D Mark lll.  All pictures in the gallery are done by Bella Weddings. 

Yes! Keep in mind there are always service charges and gratuity added to catering bills, but you can get a lot of food and drinks for $3000. There are plenty of venues that will work with that budget. Throw in your bamboo arbor for $2295  and you are right on target!

Of course! There are condos and hotels along Orange Beach that have reception areas and also allow weddings on the beach.

Yes! There are places that will allow this.   

Yes! If you don't need our minister deduct $125.  If there are other services you don't need, we can negotiate a price for you.
